I know each credit card has an expiration date. For whatever reason, I am curious how long they are valid for. Like, how many years is a card good for before it expires and you receive a new one? I have never kept track of how long I’ve had one before it expires. Thanks!

Generally, a card with an expiration date will be good for between 1 and 3 years, depending on the credit company. If a card doesn’t have an expiration date, it is good for as long as the account is active or the card quits working (the magnetic stip gets corrupted somehow).
