If u have been approved for section 8 can u be denied rental if your credit is less than perfect?
Cameron05 asked:
I applied at an apartment complex that accepts section 8 but was denied rental because I did not meet their credit standards. My part of the rent would have been less than 50 bucks a month–the rest would have been paid by the goverment.
