   My boyfriend didnt have job until last summer and he still had credit card without having credit report which you dont get credit report which you have to pay for it or something.

   For student visa if you cant get one of those then beg borrow or your nearest credit go to wells fargo or your nearest credit since its your nearest credit and debt even though technically it will.
